About the Author
Gale Cooper is a Harvard Medical School educated M.D. psychiatrist. She graduated as valedictorian from White Plains High School in New York; and as summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. She has written and illustrated animal anatomy books and fantasy books. After a career of forensic consultation in high-profile murder cases, and having a Beverly Hills psychiatry practice, she moved to New Mexico to write about Billy the Kid, becoming his foremost revisionist historian, and publishing multiple books on the subject.
